The Haunting of Hill House is a 1959 gothic horror novel written by Shirley Jackson. It was adapted to a television series in 2018. The biggest challenged I faced creating this book cover design was narrowing it down to a style that would fit the novel. The process creating this design was a very challenging but rewarding process.
